Ricette tramezzini
Come fare i Tramezzini, panini freddi italiani. I tramezzini sono deliziosi triangoli di pane bianco soffice con ripieni freddi come pomodoro e tonno, uovo e tonno, pomodoro e mozzarella.
Ingredienti
- 5 fette pane per tramezzini
- 2 cucchiaio maionese
- 2 uova sode
- 3 lattine tonno in scatola
- 1 pomodoro
- 1 mozzarella

Procedura
Rinse the tomato and slice it finely with a sharp knife. Place in a bowl and dress with evo oil, salt, and pepper. Slice the mozzarella. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the inside of two slices of sandwich bread.
Then, add the tomato slices on one slice of the bread and top with the mozzarella. Reserve a couple of tomato slices for the tuna and tomato sandwich. Cover with the other slice of bread. Push gently with your hand to compact the ingredients, cut in half using a sharp knife with a smooth blade, then cut each half diagonally into two triangles.
